Question:
I have a 2015 Forest river, Rockwood. Model RLF that I am trying to find Friction hinges for like I had on my old camper. the problem I am running into is that there is not just 3 hinges on the door, but on long piano hinge on the new camper door. Do they make a friction hinge for this type of door? I have a picture of the door tag, but not sure how to get that to you for you to look at. Sorry

Hello Neil, thanks for reaching out. We do have piano hinges but none of them are the friction style hinges. The only motion controlled door hinges we have are either 5-leaf # LC85TX or 6-leaf hinges # LC95VR. Those could possibly still work on your door with some modification. I am not aware of any piano style friction hinges. A Forest River dealership might be able to give you information on where to get a direct replacement.
