Replacement Parts for Transferring Thule TracRac to 2025 Ford F-150

Updated 05/11/2025 | Published 05/07/2025

Question:

Hi, I just transferred a Truc Rac from a Tacoma on to a 2025 F-150 but this would require the Ford bed clamping system. Do you have the Ford bed clamping system and where would I look on your website? Thanks, Dave

Hi David; is this the TracRac TracONE? Or is it a different TracRac ladder rack? Do you not have the clamps at all or did you think you needed specific clamps? The Thule TracRac TracONE like # TH27000XT fits both Tacoma and F-150 models using the modular clamps so if that is what you have the hardware will crossover. If you have a different TracRac ladder rack it may be vehicle specific but I can't say without more information. Please let me know in the comments below.

Yes, it's the TracRac TracONE. I have the old 2016 Tacoma clamps but now that I'm transferring the rack to a new 2025 F-150 I require F-150 specific clamps. I found this on your website: Replacement Modular Clamp for TracRac G2 and TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Racks - Black - Qty 1 Part Number: PT-27064-02 Obviously I'll need 4 plus the screws to attach. Can you confirm? I appreciate getting back to me and your website is easy to navigate, so thanks again. David M

@DavidM yes you need the # PT-27064-02 (black) or # PT-27064 (silver). You also need the clamp foot # TAPT-27300. For whatever reason they don't have the bolts but I can tell you the bolt size is 3/8" - 16 x 2.5" so you can pick that up from your local hardware store.
