Best Replacement For Wedgewood Range By Atwood Model R1737BB

Question:

I have a 1996 Jayco Eagle Class C model 294FL. I want replace the range, a Wedgewood by Atwood model R1737BB. The cutout is 20 1/4W x 18 3/4D x 16 3/4H It seems like most current stoves are taller or deeper. What brand / model is going to fit or what modifications would have to be done to fit a different size stove

Hello Dean, thanks for reaching out. I do have a good option for you, although we do not have an exact match for the Atwood model R1737BB. Take a look at the GE Profile Propane RV Range # GE24VR. This is a 3 burner gas range with a stainless finish. Overall it measures 20-1/8" wide x 17-3/4" deep x 16-1/8" tall. So it will fit in your cutout nicely. It is not quite as deep at your current range but this will still be our best option that you can use without having to modify anything.

Do either of the stoves have a cover available. I see GE has a 24” cover, but no mention of a 21” one. Also what size are the ovens in cubic feet?

@DeanS I am not seeing a cover for the 24" model. Sadly, GE does not list the cubic foot spec for their ovens so all I can give you for that would be the overall dimensions.
