Hello Raymond,
I can definitely recommend some bike racks that will work with your wife's 2017 Nissan Juke.
The Thule OutWay Platform Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Adjustable Trays # TH65JV is a great option. It’s a platform-style rack that holds up to 33 pounds per bike and offers a stable, easy-to-load design.
If you prefer a hanging-style rack (which I personally like better since the bikes don’t sit as high), the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style # TH910XT is a solid choice. It supports up to 35 pounds per bike and is the one you were already considering.
Depending on your wife’s bike frame, she may need an adapter bar to use the hanging-style rack. In that case, I recommend the Thule Bike Adapter Bar for Women's and Alternative Frame Bikes # TH982XT. This part is necessary if her bike doesn’t have a standard top tube for the rack arms to secure.
I attached some pictures for reference.
What kind of bikes are you going to be using the bike rack for?

Thank you so much for your reply! We recently purchased two very budget-friendly foldable mountain bikes from Amazon, which would require top tube adapter bars to mount. While they’re convenient in terms of value and space, they’re quite heavy, and the quality is just acceptable for the price. With our current setup, we’d likely need to fold and store one of the bikes in the trunk and use the rack for the other. That said, it’s becoming clear that biking could easily turn into a serious hobby for us. If that’s the case, we’ll definitely look into upgrading to lighter, higher-quality hybrid bikes down the line. In the meantime, the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes (TH910XT) looks like a great fit for both our current setup and any future upgrades. Thanks again for your thorough suggestions! Raymond
