Hi, I am interested in this high low adapter for my travel trailer but also want to be able to attach sway bars

Hello Paul, thanks for reaching out. What kind of product do you have in mind when you say, "sway bar"? Are you referring to a weight distribution (WD) hitch with spring bars?
If so, there would be no way to attach this to a ball mount like the Patriot Hitches 2" Adjustable Drop Hitch # PH26NR. It is possible to add some rise/drop adjustment to a WD hitch though. You would just use a longer shank, like the 11-hole shank included with the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU66UR.
If there is another kind of sway bar product you are referring to, just leave a reply below with a bit more detail and I am happy to look into it and see what kind of solution we can offer.
