Will this Westin HDX headache rack work with rough country tri fold tonneau cover on a 2005 Chevy Silverado?

Hey Erich, thanks for reaching out!
The Westin HDX Headache Rack # 57-8025 is going to occupy the same space as your Rough Country soft folding tonneau cover since your cover mounts on top of the bed rails.
A possible alternative solution is to use the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK62FR because the rails mount inside the bed and when the cover is rolled up it will still fit with the headache rack.
