We have one option that meets all of your criteria with the Westlake 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Black Dual Wheel - Offset - 8 on 6-1/2" - LR J # WST87FR. This is hub centered and designed for dual wheel applications with a ±5.59" Offset.

Under load range H we have several dual wheel options and one standard option with the Cooper Work Series 215/75R17.5 Radial Tire w/ 17-1/2" Wheel - 8 on 6-1/2 - LR H # LH28FR.
