What size can I replace a 165/70r13 tire and rim on my trailer

Hi Tyler; if you can find another 165/70R13 that would be the best option so you don't have to worry about a difference in clearance. However, this is not a size that we carry.
An ST175/80R13 like the # AM31990 is the closest we have and has a similar width but a larger outer diameter. You can expect to lose 0.2" of clearance on the inside, which is negligible, and approximately 1" of clearance on the top. You need at least 3" on top for your typical suspension travel so as long as you have enough clearance you could switch to a larger 175/80R13 tire.
