Hi Grady; when selecting tire chains it is important to consult your owner's manual. I recommend double checking but it looks like Class S chains are required according to page 6-57 of the manual. The # TC2829CAM are not Class S compatible. For a similar tire chain that is Class S compatible and will fit your 245/60R18 tires I recommend the # TC2323.
