Is There Replacement Flush Ball for Dometic 310 Toilet

Question:
Do you have a direct fit, OEM, Flush Ball / shaft kit for Dometic 310 gravity flush toilet ? Dometic customer service says the ball is, Not a replaceable part. . . . And the rectangle gasket between plastic pedestal and china bowl, not replaceable.

Hey Randy, I wish we had the replacement flush ball you are looking for but at this time Dometic does not offer that as a replacement part. Only solution would be a new 310 like the part # DOM57FR.

Hey Randy, did you end up replacing your Dometic 310 with the new toilet the team mentioned? Knowing how that worked out could help others facing the same issue with non-replaceable parts.
