Would the 5k side mount swivel jack be good for a 6x12 dump trailer? Thank you

The Trailer Valet JXS Trailer Jack # TV64FR would be a good option for your dump trailer. This has a lift capacity of 3,000 lbs and support capacity of 5,000 lbs so even if it is a 12k dump trailer it will be able to handle the tongue weight without a problem. I really like this jack since it comes with the power drill attachment so you don't have to manually crank it if you have a drill handy. As long as your frame is no larger than 4-3/4" tall x 3-3/4" deep this will work for you.
