Question:

How does the carrier hook mount to this? There is no holes for carrier to pivot on or lock in place. There should be some type of bracket for the carrier to mount to as on the end of LC432336. Also the Lippert Tailgate Storage System Mounting Kit - Over Bumper Item LC432336 states it goes over the bumper but the installation video I saw of it showed it bolting to the bottom of an I beam which would mean it bolts under the bumper. Does this mount over or under and do you have the installation instructions for each so I can see if it will fit mt TT? thanks

Hey Jarvis, the Lippert Tailgate Storage System # LC404069 would install using either the Lippert Tailgate Storage System Mounting Kit # LC432223 or # LC432336 using the included brackets and hardware.

To answer your second question, the tailgate storage system # LC432223 would install under the bumper and # LC432336 would install over the bumper.

Now I more confused, Nowhere on your webpage for the Lippert Tailgate Storage System # LC404069 does it say anything about needing the LC373965 brackets, The over the bumper mounting LC432336 comes with the brackets on the end. Do you have pictures of one installed using both the over and under Mounting Kits?

@JarvisV Unfortunately we don't have those pictures, Jarvis. Also for the brackets I must've misunderstood the question but you're right the over/under mounting kit does include the brackets and hardware so you won't need the brackets # LC373965 unless you're missing them.
