Hi Steve!

For your application you need the Replacement RV Air Conditioner Cover for Dometic Duo-Therm # DMC69FR. This was initially designed around a different Duo-Therm model, but we've found that this will still work with your 3107541.009.

Sorry for the confusion...I need the cover on the INSIDE interior ceiling of the rv..

@Steve Ah, I see! We unfortunately don't have any air distribution boxes that will work with a Dometic AC unit but it looks like Dometic has some universal ones that should work. You'll need their part 9105304487 for manual ceiling controls or their part 9105304486 if you have a wall thermostat.
