My TV sound will not go up or down. It stays the same volume no matter if I go 39 or 1 Thank you

Hi Kim,
The volume most likely isn't coming from the TV to the speakers, but from the TV to the stereo system and then to the speakers so I'd first make sure you're turning the volume up on the stereo as it's typically the power source for the speakers in an RV. If you're using the remote and the can see the volume increase/decrease then we know the tv/remote are communicating properly with each other. If you test the stereo volume and still have issues then the next step would be to swap out the cables and see if there's a change. If not, you can then plug the TV into a separate outlet without a connection to the stereo and try adjusting the volume. Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting if needed.
