Programming Furrion Universal Remote Control

Question:
This gives absolutely no instructions on programming the remote. How do you program the remote for stereos, fireplaces, etc?

The Furrion # FR34FR remote should be ready to use on the TV and Stereo. The fireplace will need to be programmed based on the specific fireplace instructions. To switch to fireplace on the remote you hit TV again. I've attached some photos to assist.
