Bike Rack Option For A 2023 BMW 4 Series 440 Convertible

I have a 2023 BMW 440 CONVERTIBLE. Is there an aftermarket hitch available for it? If not, is there a trunk bicycle rack that would fit?

We do have one potential option for you, but I am sorry to say that there is not an aftermarket hitch available for the 2023 BMW 4 Series 440 Convertible. Nor are there any trunk mount bike racks that will fit. Considering the design of the rear of the vehicle, and with it being a convertible, there would be no way to securely and safely mount a hitch or trunk rack.

The only option that could potentially work is the SeaSucker Komodo # 298-BK1910-BK. This uses vacuum cups and can be attached directly to the trunk to carry one bike. Keep in mind that you would NOT be able to open or close the roof with this installed. We recommend this rack pretty often for convertibles, since there are no other bike-carrying options for most of them.
