Hello, Regarding HP74VR, I only need the driver side. Is this part available for only one side? Thank you! Also specs for tires are 15 and spacing between axel is 33. Not sure if this info is needed.

Replacement fenders for tandem axle trailers unfortunately only come in quantities of two so you would have to purchase both and just hang on to the other one as a back up. When replacing fenders it's best to measure the overall dimensions and match that to the wheel size. The # HP74VR you referenced is 72" long x 10-3/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall and fits 15" to 16" wheels.
