RBW was bought out some time ago by AL-KO. They no longer produce 5th wheel isntallation kits for the RBW hitches. The only RBW hitch that will fit in industry standard above the bed rails is the Li'l Rocker (LR series). The other hitches they produced will not fit in any of the rail kits we offer. I wish I had better news for you but it is unlikely you will be able to find a kit that fits both the truck and the hitch.
I recommend going with a hitch and install kit with above the bed rails for your 2004 Ford F-350 King Cab long bed. To save some money you can use the Reese Custom installation kit # RP50082-58. The rails included with this kit will fit Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky 5th wheel hitches.
For a good entry level 16k capacity hitch you can use Reese hitch # RP30047. It has a 4-Way tilting head and double jaw for good king pin contact. If you need a higher capacity use # RP30928 rated for 20k.
And to add an in-bed 7-Way trailer connector you can use # 40167 which plugs in line with a 7-Way trailer connector at the back of the truck.
