Question:
I have a 2” receiver and need to get my Thule T2 classic which fits 1 1/4 to work. I see that you guys have two different 2 to 1.25 reducer sleeves, e63yr and HT02. Am I able to use either one of these? I don’t mind using the e3yr to save $70 even if it means cutting the tongue weight in half. What other differences might exist between the two and why might I NEED or be recommended to one over the other? Thanks.

Since you're just hooking up a bike rack, I recommend the Trailer Hitch Reducer item # e63YR. Neither one of them will cut your tongue weight capacity in half because they are reducers not adapters.
The difference between item # HT02 and item # e63YR is you can tow and hook up accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers with item # HT02. The etrailer Reducer item # e63YR is only meant to be used for accessories.
