Will this rack tilt away from my vehicle with 3 bikes attached on it? Your pictures show the rack with 1 bike on it and being tilted away from vehicle

Yes, it will. The Thule Epos Bike Rack for 3 Bikes item # TH69XE was designed so you could use the tilt function with all three bikes on the rack.
I have linked a review video below that we made on this bike rack. If you skip ahead to the 6:15 point you will see the tilting feature demonstrated with all three bikes on the rack.
The Thule Epos Bike Rack for 3 Bikes item # TH69XE fits a class III 2" hitch receiver. It has a total capacity of 160 lbs but you can transport bikes weighing up to 66 lbs so long as the total weight doesn't exceed 160 lbs. This is a frame mounted bike rack that works with tires up to 3-3/16" wide. The rack itself weighs 51.4 lbs.
