Question:

What size is the hard wear that fits TS slot rails. Everyone just says “standard size”. What is standard size?

The T-slot channel on the TS Rails # TH65FR is 1" wide x 1/4" tall and 1/2" wide at the opening on top of the channel. There is no exact size, it just needs to be able to fit the channel. A lot of companies list parts as fitting the "standard size" channel to avoid any confusion by listing the complete dimensions.
