Troubleshooting Blue and Green Flashing Lights on Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller

Question:
I have a Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller - and I can’t get it to stop blinking when I hook it up. It blinks 1blue light then 2green. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I double tap the button. Try holding the button in. It continues to do this. The trailer has all new grounds and new brakes on it.

According to the instructions the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR flashes a blue and green pattern while it is calibrating. If you haven't allowed it to calibrate yet then you just need to drive around for a while so the controller can sense which direction is forward.
