I have a keystone Springdale 26 foot travel trailer. I bought about three months ago and now the front stabilizer jack will not go down. Any idea on how I can fix this problem?

First you will want to use a Test Light # PTW2993 to verify if you are getting power to the switch on your stabilizer. There will be 4 wires to the Switch # LC387874. The 2 wires going away from the stabilizer are going to be the power and ground circuits. There should be either a fuse or circuit breaker installed before the switch but this could be located on the front of the camper near the battery or the manufacturer could have wired it inside your fuse panel inside the camper.
If you have power to the switch there should also be an in line circuit breaker between the switch and the Motor # LC138445. You can test power on the other side of the switch as well using the test light. This will help you to determine if the switch itself is not sending power to the motor or if the circuit breaker may be disrupting the connection.
If you find you have power going into the motor and it is still not operating the last test I recommend is using a jumper battery to put power directly to the motor. This will help you to verify if the motor itself has gone bad or if there is a possibility of a damaged wire in the system not allowing for enough power to get through for the motor to operate.
