Should I use grease on my ball and sway bar points?

Yes, you will want to use the Equal-i-zer High-Performance Lubricant # EQ91-00-4250 on the hitch ball and sway bar connections points of the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA94-00-0800. You do not want to lube where the weight distribution bars sit on the L-brackets installed on the trailer as this would reduce friction for the sway control.
