Thanks for the nice words, and on a scale of 1-10, the installation difficulty on your 2019 Subaru Outback is rated a 10 for the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e42TR.
This is somewhat subjective, of course, and we have it as a higher rating basically because you have to remove and reinstall the bumper cover and bumper beam, and any time there is a hitch where a bumper removal is required, the difficulty scale is raised. That said, there isn't anything about the install that it requires a professional; so long as you are able to use some basic tools (and have a bit of patience), a DIYer can have the # e42TR done in 2 or 3 hours.
The only other thing I wanted to mention is that if you also plan on doing some towing with your '19 Outback and need a wiring harness, the correct fit is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118467.
