Option For Roof Rack on 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan
Question:
Hello, I am trying to figure out which roof rack would work best for our 2019 Dodge grand caravan. It doesn’t have any roof rails or anything on it at this time. It has double sliding doors. I just want to be able to haul our kayaks, but also would like to be able to have a basket rack up there at times also. What would you recommend? Do all of them have to have holes drilled or do some clamp on? Thank you so much.

Due to your 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan having double sliding doors, a traditional roof rack won't work, so what you'll need to do is use a SeaSucker roof rack, which uses vacuum cups to remain securely in place on your roof. You can choose from either 48 inch or 60 inch crossbars:

These are round bar racks so you'll also want a kayak carrier compatible with round crossbars, such as the etrailer Kayak Rack # e98878 or Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Carrier # KU53VR.
