Replacement Upgrade Trailer Tire for 185/70-14 Tires on Kayak Carrier Trailer

Question:
Looking for two tires, no rim for a boat trailer. Size is 185x70r14, drive on gravel roads a lot, plus 80 MPH on highway. 8 or 10 ply maybe, not certain, but dont haul anything other than 2 kayaks weighing about 600 lbs,

The closest tire size we have to your current 185/70-14 is the size 205/75-14 which is going to be about 2" larger in diameter and a little less than 1" larger in width. As long as you can maintain 2" of clearance between the tire sidewall and trailer frame as well as 4" of clearance from your tread to the fender then this larger size will work.
For your application I recommend the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10235 which is a Load Range D (2,200 lbs at 75 psi) tire with an 81 mph speed rating so this fits what you're asking about exactly.
