Can Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack Carry Two Fat Bikes that Weigh Less than 40 lbs

Can you use the fat tire fit kit to accommodate a fat tire bike on this rack? If not, then what rack can accommodate 2 fat bikes AND weighs under 40 lbs.? Thanks.

Expert Reply:
The Kuat Sherpa part # SH22P bike rack can carry fat bike tires up to 4.8 inches in width if you use the Phat Tire Adapter kit part # APBK. Without this adapter the max tire width it can be used with is 3 inches. The rack has a 40 lb per bike capacity so as long as yours weigh 40 or less like you mentioned you'd be good.
