Adapter to Allow Dexter DX EOH Actuator to Work with Integrated GM Brake Controllers
Question:
I have a big tex trailer equipped with a Dexter DX series electric over hydraulic brake system. I dont know the exact model because the tag is faded. It is currently pulled by an 01 Silverado with Tekonsha prodigy controller. What do I need to do to be able to continue pulling it with this existing setup and also My 09 sierra and 18 silverado both using factory built in brake controls? Also, a fuse had to be added to the 01s existing wiring to power this system. Does something similar need to be done to the 09 and 18?

To allow your Dexter DX series electric over hydraulic system # K71-651 work with the integrated brake controllers of your two GM trucks you will need the adapter part # DX35FR and you'd be set.
