Troubleshooting 1 Camera Not Working for Jensen Touch Screen RV Stereo JRV9000R

Question:

We have this unit installed in our Forest River Prism Elite Sprinter motor home. It works great but suddenly the right turn signal camera stopped working. The backup camera and left turn signal camera are fine. We tried the factory reset but that didnt do anything. We get a message No Signal. What do we need to do to troubleshoot or fix it? Thanks.

If only 1 camera connected to your Jensen Touch Screen RV Stereo JRV9000R has stopped working then I would venture to say the camera itself has either lost power or is malfunctioning. What I recommend doing to test out this theory is swap the connection between a camera and circuit you know is working with the connection for the malfunctioning camera. Take your motorhome for a spin and test out the different cameras to see if that '"No Signal" sticks with the same connection point at the back of the stereo or whether it follows the initial camera.

From here we'll know what the problem is. If we find it's on the stereo side of things then I recommend looking at the 1-year warranty if you still qualify. If we find the problem is on that camera circuit then you'll need to look at all of the wiring on that circuit and fix any bad connections with butt connectors like # DW05744-10/ Also be sure to fix any damaged wiring.
