Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at this Voyager 27-inch long camera adapter. It's a 4 pin female camera connector to the RCA male inputs. Now this camera adapter will allow you to connect your Voyager cameras to multiplexing systems, video recorders, or digital recorders. They do use molded cable terminals to resist moisture, and if you notice, it does include the 12-volt DC power leads.

Now basically the white and yellow RCA male plugs will plug into your female RCA ports on your device, and then the 12-volt leads will connect, the red one will connect to 12-volt power, and the black to the ground. And as we mentioned, the total length on this extended out is about 27 inches long. So that should do it for the review on the Voyager 27 inch long camera adaptor 4 pin female connector camera connector to the RCA male inputs.

Product is used to push my cellphone screen image onto the 4th camera input for map display. When I get a new radio with maps or this feature onscreen, I will put a FRONT camera into that screen input.

A year ago, I replaced the original Jensen dash radio in my 2013 Winnebago View with a Pioneer unit. I needed an adaptor to connect the Pioneer to the original Voyager backup camera. This adaptor has worked perfectly over the past year. Delivery to Canada was timely.

The camera adaptors arrived five days after being notified they had been shipped. I consider that good considering all that could have gone wrong. Haven't installed them as yet however I tried one for fit and it's exactley what I needed. Down side- nothing explaining the two additional wires I assume are trigger and ground wire. Forth time I have used etrailer and I haven't been disappointed yet with their service or the products they handle. They go the extra mile. They are competitive as well. Give them a try.

The camera adaptors are working just great. I replaced a built in JVC Radio Camera double din combination unit with a stand alone 3 camera third party monitor. Figured out which wire was power and which was trigger for reverse, left and right turn signal. Everything is working as expected.

etrailer was fast and effiecient. I tracked my order through usps to the border where it stopped moving for about 4 days, but then showed up on my door this am.
I guess they can't be expected to track in Canada.
These adapters will enable me to keep the existing cameras from my JRV212 and allow me to connect them to any stereo (mine will be a Kenwood).

While the measurement from the plug to the power cable leads is 27", the video/audio cable portion is 20". While not insurmountable, it creates more work to buy or make extensions. As usual, etrailer was spot on with shipping. This is not an etrailer issue though.

    Yes, the Voyager Camera Adaptor # 31300006 is meant to be installed to 12v power. You'll want to plug the white & yellow RCA plugs into your radio, the red wire to 12v power, and the black wire to a ground.

    Hi Pete, The Voyager Camera Adaptor # 31300006 would allow you to connect a Voyager RV Side Camera # VCMS12LGPR to a system with RCA ports. The yellow connector is for composite video and the white is for audio. Since you don't currently have audio you can just leave the white connector unplugged. The two power wires can be spliced into a nearby 12v power source and the 4-pin connector would connect to the camera. We offer the passenger side camera with a white cover with part # VCMS50RWT....

    The Furrion Vision S systems like the part # FOS05TASF are by far the best choice for an RV observation system. These have the best reception and the clearest image. That said there isn't a way to integrate it into the dash of your 2023 Chevy Silverado and you would also need to wire in this adapter part # 31300006 on your truck too though since it doesn't have the correct voltage for the Vision S.

    The newer Chevy trucks like your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD don't have the power available at the 7-way connector for the Furrion cameras to function properly. The solution for this is to use the Furrion adapter part # FR87PR or wire in the Voyager # 31300006 for more of a permanent solution.
