A tire size 215/50-10 is not a common trailer tire size. For a tire that is close in size that should fit the same wheels you have you can go with a 205/65-10. I have linked the tires we carry in this size to the right.
This size is about 1/2 inch more narrow than the ones you currently have. And it is about 2 inches taller. You will need over 1 inch of clearance above the existing tires to go to this size. All of the tires we carry in this size have a speed rating of 65 miles per hour.
The highest capacity is # AM1HP56 rated for 1,650 pounds at 90 psi. That is per tire so on a single axle you would double that. You want to match or exceed the axle capacity when replacing tires. I have included a link to our FAQ article on trailer tires for you.
