Can Curt Hitch for 2022 Hyundai Kona be with Hitch Adapter
Question:
Two questions 1. Can I fit an adapter 2 onto Draw-tite24976 hitch on my Kona electric 2022? My bike rack has a 2inch fitting 2. Is Draw-tite24976 fiited for Kona 2022 electric and if so is any cutting on bumper plastic or elsewhere required?

For your 2022 Hyundai Kona electric the Draw Tite hitch part # C87DR is a confirmed fit. There is some light trimming of the lower fascia that needs to be trimmed to install this. You can use a hitch adapter like the part # HTAD which this hitch to go from the 1-1/4 inch hitch size to the 2 inch hitch size but when you do this you end up cutting the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. So a better option would be a bike rack that fits both hitch sizes like the Kuat Transfer part # KU74FR.
