To determine the correct replacement landing gear, you will need to measure the mounting brackets on your trailer from the underside of the top bracket to the top of the lower bracket. 17-1/2" is the standard measurement. The amount of lift you need is also important so you want to make sure the lift is not shorter than what you currently have.
Assuming you find that your weld stop measurement is 17-1/2", it is likely you can use the Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear Set # LG-3. This has a total lift of 34-7/8" so, as long as that is equal to or more than your current landing gear lift, it will work well as a replacement for your 1999 Fleetwood Avion Westport .
