Im looking at adding a rooftop air-conditioning unit to my pop up trailer. Its 8x26 when opened up. I need a complete set up, unit, thermostat, and the thing that directs the air. What is the best product for this

The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White # FR52PR you were looking at would be a great option for your pop-up trailer since the thermostat is built right into the air distribution box.
You can go with a system that has a wall thermostat, like the # FR85PV, but you would need to run the wire between the thermostat and condenser unit through the supports for your trailer's roof and would need to leave enough slack for it to fit when the roof is fully extended.
For your application the # FR52PR is definitely the best and easiest option.
