Replacement AC Recommendations for Carrier V on a Jayco Class C Motorhome

Question:

i have a carrier V ac on motor home, need to replace . what unit do you feel would fit. my space for distribution on ceiling is limited due to cabinet above kitchen sink i have 28 ft escapade by Jayco, class C. do not want to add thermostat , need just manual on off i guess 16x16 frame on inside distribution cover now, i have 2 1/2 inches from frame to the cabinet, no probem with other directions

To replace just the AC unit I recommend going with the Advent Air as the wiring will just be a plug and play installation:

- 13.5K Btu # ACCAR135
- 15K Btu # ACCAR150

These will work with your current distribution panel so everything will fit the same.

For a complete new AC system (including the distribution box) I recommend going with a Furrion Chill HE because the distribution box has a smaller 19-11/16" long x 19-11/16" wide profile:

- 13.5K Btu # FR52PR
- 15K Btu # FR92PR
