For your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350, I first recommend verifying that you have new, fresh batteries in your remote.
If you've verified that your batteries are indeed new, and in working order, then I recommend to check the 4 amp slow burning fuse and see if it has been blown or not.
You can access this fuse by pushing up on the black cap and 1/4 turn once left. The fuses must be out for a minimum of 90 seconds before replacing.
If it is blown, you can use # DMC57FR to replace your fuse, and check for operation again.
Finally, the last thing you can try, is attempt to resync the remote by holding the remote approximately 12 inches from the fan while simultaneously holding down both arrows.
The "auto" and "manual" lights should begin flashing, and continue holding down those buttons until the 7 LED blink once. After that, the programming is complete.
If that does not fix your issue, then the problem is likely with the remote itself, and will need replacing. You can use # FV9068-09 to replace your remote.
