Correct Tire Pressure for Carlisle Sport Trail 4.80-8 Trailer Tire
Question:
What is the recommended tire pressure?

Expert Reply:
Although we do not carry Carlisle tires I was able to find the maximum pressure for the 4.80-8 sport trail tire on their site. If you have a load range B tire the correct psi is 60. If you have a load range C tire the correct psi is 90. I recommend verifying this information by looking at the side of your tire. The load range should be on the side along with the max psi. Since these are trailer tires you always want them inflated to the max psi.
I have attached a helpful article on trailer tires which shows where this information can typically be found for your reference.
