hi i have the 30 amp unit, when the unit shuts off due to excess amperage does it reset within a certain amount of time?

The 30 Amp Power Watchdog Surge Protector with Bluetooth, # HU97FR has an app that lets you connect to the surge protector via Bluetooth and monitor your energy usage. When voltage increases or decreases to risky levels, you will be notified right away and you can reset your surge protector from the app when conditions are within acceptable range. This is capable of absorbing multiple voltage spikes until it is fully worn out at which point you cab use the Replacement Surge Module for Power Watchdog, # HU48FR to repair. This is a plug-in component so no soldering is required.
