can I buy the relay part since I already bought the flat connector that plugs under the vehicle

The relays you need for your 2012 Nissan Frontier are part # C57000. This relay kit includes the large brown relay which activates the 12-volt power circuit, and the smaller blue relays which activate the turn signals. I have linked you to the Installation video for this kit.
