I looked online trying to find any information about the Lippert LC135-D axle, and was not able to find anything.
Your best bet will be to pull off one of the existing hubs, and get the reference numbers off of it. If the inner bearing is L68149 and the outer is L44649, and the grease seal used has an outer diameter of 2.565 inches and an inner diameter of 1.719, your existing hubs have five 1/2 inch diameter wheel studs on a 4-1/2 inch bolt circle, then the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K you referenced will be compatible.
If you cannot find the bearing reference number, you will need to take some measurements from your spindles using a highly accurate measuring device like a digital caliper. I have provided a diagram showing exactly where you need to measure. If you can provide me with the spindle measurements from where the inner and outer bearings and the grease seal ride, as well as the wheel stud diameter and wheel bolt pattern, I would be happy to recommend a replacement hub for you.
