For your 2002 Chevrolet Astro I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13035. This custom fit Class III hitch has a 2" receiver and a bolt-on installation. It features a concealed cross tube so only the receiver will be visible from the rear. This hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight of 4,000 lbs and tongue weight of 400 lbs which is slightly higher when compared to the Draw-Tite # 75122.
Since you are looking for a ball mount, I will assume you plan on towing and also need wiring. I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55411. This wiring harness will splice into existing wiring, giving you a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.
In order to complete your setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
