On Trailer Light Circuits is Parking Lights and Running Lights the Same Thing

Is the parking lights the same as the running light never herd of parking lights

Yes, trailer running lights and parking lights are the same circuit. So on a vehicle when you turn the headlights on there's the position on the selector right before you get to the headlights where all of the exterior lights of the vehicle come on without the headlights...that's what the running light circuit of trailer wiring is referring to.
