I have a manual Dometic with Fabric guard. How do I determine the length of arms needed? Is 69 inch the standard replacement length?

The length of the arms you need for the Solera awning conversion kit simply depends on the amount of space you have for the brackets, which is what the "arms" are referring to. So what you'll need to do is measure from your awning rail straight down to find the length of the arms you need.
For example, if you measure from your awning rail straight down and get at least 63 inches you can use the Solera Smart Arm 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit - Black # LC759516 or White # LC759404.
