Question:
I need a 4 axle with the spring perch on the top of the axle instead of the bottom so that the leaf spring will mount on top of the axle instead of the axle mounting between the leaf spring and the frame rails. I hope this makes sense. 2017 Jayco Jayhawk Baja edition 174BH

I would be happy to help, but we do not offer any axles with the the spring seat mounted on the top of the axle. There is a work around to this but I will need to know what size axle you are needing for your trailer, as I am unable to determine the correct axle based on just the trailer model.
You will need to measure your axle from hub face to hub face, spring center to spring center, and determine the axle rating of the axle.
To find the axle rating you will need to look on the axle tag as it will be one there, or it is on the tag on the frame of the trailer that has the VIN and other information.
For example the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop E-Z Lube Spindles - 89" Long - 3,500 lbs # 8327812 you were looking at is a 3500lb axle with a hub face to hub face measurement of 89", and a spring center to spring center measurement of 74" as shown in the included diagram.
To make it so that the spring seats are on top of the axle instead of underneath you will need to have new spring seats # TRSS238 welded on to the axle by a qualified welder.
If you find your axle is a different length or axle rating just let me know.
I included a video of the # 8327812 for you to take a look at.
