Question:
I need to replace my 100w solar panel and was wondering if any 100w solar panel will work with the go-power controller system

You would need to replace your panel with another Go Power branded solar panel but if your solar charge controller can handle a higher wattage you could add a higher wattage panel to your system. For example the 30 amp charge controller # 34280503 can handle up to 600watts so if you were only using two 100watt panels and wanted to replace one you'd have enough capacity to add a higher wattage panel like the # 34282181. You will want to leave about 25% of your solar charge controller's capacity for unexpected power surge events, so you would only want to utilize about 450watts on a 600watt capacity solar charge controller.
