Correct 4 Prong Adapter on Generator to 3 Prong 30 Amp

Question:
Hi, I have a WEN 3500 Watt gas generator with a 240v/120v four prong outlet NEMA L14-30. While the maximum amp output is 25 amps, I wish to use it for my 30-amp RV, which as you know has a three prong cord outlet. I wish to purchase an adapter that fits my generator at one end need a female four prong adapter end NEMA L14030 and at the other end a male 30-amp RV plug outlet.

Hi, I have a battery backup that has a 3 prong outlet for an RV. I have a bypass box the has a 4 wire male . Is there an adapter for this. Going from 3 prong female generator output to 4 prong male on the bypass box.
