What is the difference between the MA00-03810W and MA00-03812W?

The only difference between the MaxxFan # MA00-03812W Dome and # MA00-03810W Dome Plus is that the # MA00-03810W Dome Plus model features an LED light around he vent opening for extra illumination inside your RV or trailer. The lamp can be operated independently from the fan function.
