I need a bike hitch rack for three bikes. One is a threesixzero electric hybrid every journey weight=62.4 lbs.I can remove the batt,seat and front fender which could help.YOUR Suggestion would be appreciated

The best solution to carry a heavier bike along with other bikes would be with the Thule T2 Pro 4 bike rack part # TH69TX which has a 60 lb per bike capacity and as long as you remove the fender like you mentioned should be about perfect for the Threesizzero bike and your others.
There really isn't a more ideal solution out there as generally the e-bike racks with the higher capacities are only available in the 2-bike configuration.
