I am not aware of any camper inverter that will produce 240 volts AC power. I think you meant 120 volts AC, like you have in your house.
If you have a 2000 watt (120 Volt) AC pure sine wave inverter, like the Go Power # 34280055 inverter, then you can produce 2000 watts all day long as long as you have enough batteries. You first need to conduct an energy audit to determine your needs. Please read the three attached documents to help you pick a perfect fit
You mentioned 110 amp hour batteries. When it comes to the cost per amp hour, 100-125 amp hour batteries are usually a good bargain. Your usage will determine how many you need. Most people get at least two. A good choice is the # GP99QR Lithium Battery.
